Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is nestled in a comfortable area, offering traditionally furnished rooms that are lovely decorated and spotlessly clean with lovely cotton linens. While the rooms are very comfortable, they could benefit from a modern touch, especially in the mattresses.
The hotel had a tired appearance, resembling more of a wedding venue than a hotel. The room lacked little extras like bottled water, robes, and magazines, but it was spacious enough with a decent shower and separate bath, albeit not justifying the £180 price tag.
The hotel rooms were beautifully furnished and decorated, clean, and comfortable. However, there was a considerable waiting time in the bar waiting for staff. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated, with a good selection of tea and coffee making facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed the walks around the hotel's grounds.
